South Florida real estate continues to present a unique mix of opportunity, affordability challenges and changing economics for homeowners and investors. This timely session will connect the current residential, investment and development markets with Florida's evolving property-tax landscape, including potential impacts on primary residences, second homes and investment properties, possible homeowner savings, and the broader implications for municipalities and local communities.
This isn't another panel. You're part of the planning team. Step inside two complex client relationships and work alongside an interdisciplinary team of experienced professionals. Attendees will take the role of lead advisor, make real-time planning decisions as the cases unfold, and then hear elite partner professionals examine the tax, estate, investment and planning implications from their respective disciplines. The experience progresses from a relatable $5M-$10M HNW executive family to a complex $30M-$50M+ UHNW family, showing how the advisor's role evolves from coordinating complexity to orchestrating an entire professional team.
